Two Broome County men are facing drug charges after members of the Broome County Special Investigations Unit Task Force say they caught one man selling a half gram of methamphetamine to another person in a parking lot on Main Street in the City of Binghamton November 7.

Police say 23 year old Anthony Clancey of Vestal was arrested along with his friend, 43 year old John Flynn of Endicott, who was also in the parking lot.

Authorities say Flynn was found to be in possession of a quarter gram of meth and two bags containing marijuana.

Clancey is charged with criminal sale of a controlled substance.

Flynn is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of marijuana.
