Two men are facing felony charges after members of the Broome County Special Investigations Unit Task Force raided a home on Laurel Avenue in the City of Binghamton October 25.

Authorities arrested 38 year old Jeffery Madison, who lives at the address and 32 year old Richard Nettles of Brooklyn.

Investigators confiscated 3 grams of unpackaged heroin, 105 bags of heroin packaged for sale, drug packaging materials and about $1,400 in cash from suspected drug sales.

Madison is charged with two felony counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell and three misdemeanor counts of criminal use of drug paraphernalia.  He also has an active New York State parole violation warrant out of Brooklyn.

Nettles is charged with two felony counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell and three misdemeanor counts of criminal use of drug paraphernalia.
