Two Arrested for Suboxone Sales in Delaware County

Delaware County Sheriff’s officials say two more alleged drug dealers are behind bars.

Sheriff Thomas Mills says two separate investigations have resulted in the arrest of 30 year old Tara McMullen of Hobart on a felony count of criminal sale of a controlled substance.

McMullen is accused of selling Suboxone from her home on Cornell Avenue in April of 2015.

30 year old Joseph Viola of Stamford is charged with three felony counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance.

He’s accused of selling Suboxone from his home on Church Street on three occasions between August and October.

Both McMullen and Viola were sent to the Delaware County Jail without bail.
