Two Arrested for Selling Heroin in Deposit

A Deposit man is accused of selling drugs in Delaware County.

Sheriff’s officials say a six month-long investigation has resulted in the arrest August 13 of 26 year old Clint Stevens on a sealed indictment warrant charging him with three felony counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance.

Deputies conducted a sting operation with the Broome County Special Investigations Unit Task Force and the Delaware County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigation Division.

Meanwhile, August 14, 34 year old Todd Perrington of Deposit was arrested on a sealed indictment warrant, charging him with three felony counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance.

Perrington was arrested at the Broome County Jail where he was already being held without bail on charges of criminal sale of a controlled substance and criminal possession of a controlled substance in connection with heroin sales in the Village of Deposit.
