Waverly Police say two men are being charged with drug possession after an officer stopped a vehicle on Broad Street at 2:13 a.m. November 3.

The driver, 53 year old Vincent Freeman, is charged with felony drug possession, misdemeanor counts of possession of a controlled substance, possessing a hypodermic instrument and possessing drug paraphernalia as well as an unlawful possession of marijuana violation.

His passenger, 30 year old Jordon Sinsabaugh, is charged with misdemeanor drug possession.

Officials say they found 13 envelopes of heroin, a baggy of heroin, 6 grams of marijuana, 5 morphine tablets, a digital scale and several hypodermic needles.

Freeman was sent to the Tioga County Jail while Sinsabaugh was ordered to appear in Waverly Justice Court November 16.
