Two Accused of Dealing Heroin in Deposit

Delaware County Sheriff’s officials say a search of a Marvin Street apartment in Deposit April 19 has resulted in the arrests of two people and the seizure of hundreds of bags of heroin.

45 year old John Coe and 44 year old Debbie Moore are charged with felony criminal possession of heroin with intent to sell and criminal possession of Xanax tablets with the intent to sell.

Sheriff’s Deputies say they seized 205 bags of heroin and the Alprazolam tablets along with $200.

Officials say Coe is expected to face additional felony charges in connection with prior sales of heroin.

Coe and Moore were sent to the Delaware County Jail on $100,000 bail.
