Two people are being held on felony and other charges in connection with a burglary at a home on Riverview Drive in the Village of Endicott October 20.

Police say 36 year old Corey Hulbert of Endwell is accused of entering the home and stealing items.  Police say he had burglar tools and a switch blade knife in his possession.

30 year old Steffani Soucie of Johnson City is also accused of getting into the house and stealing items.  She also allegedly had burglar tools along with heroin and crystal methamphetamine.

Hulbert is charged with felony burglary, felony criminal possession of a weapon and misdemeanor criminal possession of burglar tools.

Soucie is charged with felony burglary, felony criminal possession of a controlled substance, misdemeanor criminal possession of burglar tools and misdemeanor criminal possession of a controlled substance.

Both were sent to the Broome County Jail without bail.
