Tupper Lake Woman Arrested After Windsor Crash

A Franklin County woman was charged with driving while intoxicated following a crash on Route 17 in the town of Windsor.

Authorities say 37-year-old Kelly Law was arrested Thursday.

State police say Law was issued tickets after the crash in the eastbound lanes of the highway.

Law was ordered to appear in Windsor town court February 12.
