Trucker Charged After Running Out Of Fuel In Bainbridge

State police say an Ohio woman was arrested after the tractor-trailer she was driving ran out of fuel in Chenango County.

Authorities say 43-year-old Crezette Harris-Shoulders of Mansfield, Ohio, was cited for having an improper log book.

The arrest followed a report that a truck was blocking Route 206 in Bainbridge.

Troopers discovered the tractor-trailer was out of fuel. They provided traffic control until the truck was refueled.

Harris-Shoulders was issued a ticket and directed to appear in Bainbridge town court May 13.
