Troy Man Accused of Having Sex With a Child

A 22 year old year old Troy, Pennsylvania man is accused of having sex with a seven year old boy from New York between 2014 and 2015 in Columbia Township.

Hassan Winiavsky is charged with three counts of involuntary sexual intercourse, one count of felony corruption if minors and one misdemeanor count of corruption of minors.

Winiavsky was sent to the Bradford County Jail on $300,000 bail.
