Little ghosts and goblins will be out tonight looking for treats.  Halloween night brings out thousands of little and often not so little trick or treaters.  Those heading out to see what treats they can collect tonight will find mild temperatures but strong winds gusting up to 37 miles per hour.  According to the National Weather Service the chance of precipitation tonight is 100% with what could be between a half and three quarters of an inch of rain.

Young children looking to go door to door will be hoping to collect their favorite treats. That helps us remember our favorites.  Mine were two candy bars.

3 Musketeers and Hershey Bars .  Other favorites were Reese's Cups and Milky Ways.

Motorists are reminded to please be extra cautious when driving through residential areas this evening.  Rain may limit visibility and Halloween costumes can limit vision for youngsters looking to fill their trick or treat bags.
