Town Of Owego Brush Will Be Collected Soon

Town of Owego residents soon will be able to get rid of the branches that have accumulated over the last several months.

Town highway superintendent Mark Clark says crews will pick up branches on Mondays and Tuesdays starting April 15.

Collections will be made only during the last two weeks of this month.

People who have branches to be picked up should call the town highway department starting Monday. The office number is 607.687.2641.

Brush will be collected only from homes that have been put on the department's list.

The highway department is not able to provide specific collection days or times because of the heavy demand for the service.
