Officials will be investigating the cause of a fire that challenged firefighters due to lack of water.

The two alarm blaze on Rozelle Road in the Town of Maine was reported at 1:52 a.m. March 1.

Authorities say four of the six units called to the scene were tanker trucks to bring water in to the mobile home that was reported fully involved when New York State Police arrived. There were no injuries.

The Maine, Union Center, Glen Aubrey, West Corners, Whitney Point, Endicott, East Main and Newark Valley companies all responded to the scene.

The Southern Tier Chapter of the American Red Cross was called in to assist one resident.
