A Tonawanda company has submitted the low bid for the first phase of renovations to NYSEG Stadium in Binghamton.

Patterson-Stevens beat seven other firms for the contract on part of the $5 million project.

The bid was $188,000 for weather proofing and some structure work.

The next phase will be put to bid for work on structural steel and drainage.

The project is slated to be all done before the start of the Rumble Ponies season in April.
