The former E.H. Titchener and Company property on the south side of Clinton Street has been idle for more than a decade.
Titchener employed hundreds of people for several decades before the company ended operations in early 2005.
The vacant buildings have been targeted by vandals and arsonists in recent years.
The four-acre site will be available at the November 21 auction at the Holiday Inn on Hawley Street in Binghamton.
According to the property description, the site includes several warehouse and manufacturing buildings. The structures have about 84,000 square feet of space.
The abandoned factory complex is across the street from the Boys and Girls Club of Binghamton.
