Authorities had featured Mark Hemenway and received confidential tips that led them to a home on Jefferson Avenue in the Village.

Deputies say they found Hemenway and his girlfriend, Kayleigh Morse hiding in the apartment.

Authorities say Morse is charged with hindering prosecution for allegedly hiding Hemenway when she knew there was an outstanding warrant against him.

Hemenway was sent to the Broome County Jail while Morse has been ordered to appear in Village of Endicott Court at a later date.
