Tip Leads to Weapon and Drug Arrests in Vestal

Four people are being charged following a several-week-long investigation in Vestal, prompted by a tip about possible drug activity on Vestal Road.

Vestal Police, an Endicott Police K-9 and the METRO SWAT Team confiscated illegal guns, methamphetamine, oxycodone pills and heroin as a result.

The homeowner, Glen Ludington, his girlfriend 45 year old Sheri Pabon, 37 year old Larry Roberto of Endwell and 23 year old Brooke Miller of Conklin were arrested.

Ludington was charged with felony criminal possession of a weapon for the illegal handguns, including one reported stolen from Georgia and two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance.

Pabon is charged with three counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance.

Roberta and Miller were stopped in a vehicle coming from the residence and were found to be in possession of 90 bags of heroin, syringes and methamphetamine.  Roberta and Miller were charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance.
