Three Cortland residents and an Ovid man are facing charges after New York State Police and the Cortland County Drug Task Force investigated a tip about a meth lab at a home on Conable Avenue in the Town of Cortlandville.

Authorities say they seized about 4 ounces of methamphetamine oil, approximately a gram of meth and several items associated with the production and packaging of meth.

25 year old Casey Chorley of Cortland, 21 year old Dulcie Brown of Cortland, 32 year old Andrew Fiorentini of Cortland and 28 year old Holdan Hayes of Ovid are all charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, unlawful manufacture of methamphetamine and tampering with evidence.

Hayes was also charged on an outstanding warrant from the Cortland County Sheriff’s Office for unlawfully manufacturing methamphetamine.

Chorley and Brown were also charged with two additional counts each of criminally using drug paraphernalia.

All four were sent to the Cortland County Jail.
