Tioga Sheriff’s Officials Charge Two With Meth. Manufacture

An Owego man is accused of making methamphetamine.

Tioga County Sheriff’s officials located a vehicle at the Trout Ponds dawn to dusk park in Newark Valley shortly before 1:30 a.m. June 11 and say the driver, 28 year old Cody Root while passenger, 31 year old Thomas Zuzuski were both charged with felony unlawful manufacture of methamphetamine.

They were sent to the Tioga County Jail.

Root is being held without bail while bail for Zuzuski was set at $10,000.
