Tioga Teen Charged with Menacing Following Dispute

An 18-year-old has been sent to the Tioga County Jail after a domestic incident in the Town of Spencer.

Tioga County Sheriff's officials say Nicholas Ervay of Patricia Lane is charged with menacing, criminal mischief and endangering the welfare of a child.

According to the Tioga County Sheriff's Office, Ervay was arraigned in Spencer town court. He was sent to jail on $5,000 bail.

Ervay was ordered to reappear in the town court on October 8.
