Tioga County Woman Charged With DWI

A Spencer woman was accused of driving while intoxicated after she reportedly stopped her vehicle in the middle of a roadway in the village of Candor.

Authorities say 50-year-old Mary Bowman was stopped by a state trooper on Mill Street.

Police say Bowman's reportable blood alcohol content was 0.17 percent.

Bowman was issued tickets and ordered to appear in Candor village court on April 21.
