Tioga County Man Jailed After Dispute

A man faces charges following a reported domestic incident in which he allegedly caused extensive damage to his Tioga County home in the presence of a six-month-old child.

Authorities say 25-year-old Kenneth Bishop of Barton was charged with criminal mischief and endangering the welfare of a child.

According to the Tioga County Sheriff's Office, a dispute occurred in Bishop's residence on Halsey Valley Road.

Bishop was arraigned in Tioga town court and sent to the county jail on $5,000 bail. He was directed to return to court on December 9.
