Authorities say Douglas Every of 281 Thorn Hollow Road was charged with second-degree murder.

Investigators say Every is suspected of killing 39-year-old Milton Jump.

According to the Tioga County Sheriff’s Office, deputies were called to the Thorn Hollow Road residence shortly after eight o’clock Wednesday night.

Deputies discovered Jump’s body when they arrived at the home where both men lived.

Every was arraigned by a Town of Tioga justice and sent to Tioga County Jail without bail.
