Tioga County Man Charged with Child Endangerment

A 43-year-old Newark Valley resident has been accused of having inappropriate contact with a child.

Authorities say Christopher Fenn of Doctor Knapp Road was charged with endangering the welfare of a child, a misdemeanor.

Investigators say Fenn was arrested in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred in the town of Owego.

Police say the case involved someone under the age of seventeen.

Fenn was issued an appearance ticket for Owego town court.
