Tioga County Man Charged Following Dispute

Authorities say a 39-year-old man was arrested after a reported disturbance in Tioga County.

According to the sheriff's office, Charles Monroe of Hagadorn Hill Road in Spencer was charged with criminal mischief and second-degree harassment. He also was charged with endangering the welfare of a child.

Investigators say Monroe was arrested at 4:15 a.m. on Friday following a domestic incident.

Monroe was issued appearance tickets for Town of Spencer Court.
