Fans all around the Eastern League are turning out to watch Tim Tebow in action.  Tebow is showing signs of good power when he is in the Binghamton Rumble Ponies (BRP) lineup.  In last night's (Monday) night's BRP  6-5 victory Tebow ripped a three-run home run for half of Binghamton's scoring. He has now hit four home runs this season, three of which have been three-run blasts.

Along with his four home runs Tebow has hit eight doubles and has driven in 17 runs.   Heading into tonight's second game of the home series versus the Erie Seawolves Tebow is batting .260.  In 104 at bats he has struck out 49 times.  When he has made contact he is exhibiting power at the plate.  He is also showing power to all fields.

Tebow leads the Rumble ponies into action tonight with the game scheduled for a 6:35 start at NYSEG Stadium (air at 6:20 on News Radio 1290 WNBF).  Following tomorrow night's home game the Rumble Ponies head to New Hampshire for a five-game series.
