Tickets Follow Delaware County Head-On Crash

Delaware County Sheriff’s Deputies say two people had to be taken to the hospital for treatment following a head-on crash at 4:52 on November 10 on Bobs Brook Road at the Town of Tompkins/Walton line.

One of the drivers, 68 year old Barbara Horton of Walton, was ticketed after Deputies say they found her license and registration were suspended due to an insurance lapse.

She was cited for aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, operating with a suspended registration and operating a vehicle without active insurance.
