Three Injuries Reported in Apalachin Crash

Minor injuries are reported after a car carrying a family of three crashed into a ditch in Apalachin Friday, June 10.

Authorities say the car veered off Route 434 near the intersection with Degroat Road at around 3 p.m.

The crash came almost 9 hours after emergency responders in Tioga County were called to Route 17 in the Town of Owego for a serious crash with a person trapped inside the vehicle and a 12 year old boy also injured.

The three occupants of the Toyota, including a toddler, were said to have suffered minor injuries.
