Three Indicted for Alleged Drug Sales

Three men are under indictment in connection with an alleged drug sale operation in the Town of Kirkwood.

A Broome County Grand Jury December 16 indicted 34 year old David Babenzein, 26 year old Anthony Kosick and 27 year old John Finnerty.  All are charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance while Babenzein was also charged with felony weapon possession.

The Broome County District Attorney’s office says the three were found in possession of drugs that they were suspected of intending to sell.
