A no-knock search warrant executed in Chenango County is translating into drug charges for three Sherburne residents.

Sheriff's officials say they searched a Knapp Street apartment in the village at around 5:30 p.m. March 28th following a lengthy investigation by Narcotics Detectives into the dealing of heroin in the region.

21 year old Jennah Shreve and 23 year old Joshua Trask are charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance with the intent to sell, criminal nuisance, criminal possession of a controlled substance, criminal use of drug paraphernalia, unlawful possession of marijuana and endangering the welfare of a child. They were sent to the Chenango County Jail on $1,000 bail.

22 year old Dustin Dunagan was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance and ordered to appear in Village of Sherburne Court at a later date.
