The City of Binghamton is activating the lockdown law process following the recent shooting death of a 33 year old man outside the Antler Lodge on Chenango Street.

The establishment has been the site of numerous problems in the past and City officials have given the owner notification that the business is in line to be shut down.

The owner has ten days to respond and offer solutions to city officials.

July 24, James High was shot in the torso and died a short time later at the hospital.
