Teens Accused of Spray-Painting Car

The Delaware County Sheriff’s office says three teens are being charged with criminal mischief for allegedly causing damage to a vehicle.

Deputies say the 15 year olds from Walton reportedly spray painted a vehicle on East River Road in the Town of Walton on Saturday, March 11.

The teens were released to their parents or legal guardians and ordered to appear at the Delaware County Probation Department for further proceedings.
