Two teenagers are accused of shooting an 11 year old on North Broad Street in Johnson City at around 10:20 p.m. August 30.

Village Police say all three boys knew each other.

The 17 and 16 year old boys are charged with felony assault with the 16 year old also charged with felony criminal possession of a weapon.  Both of the boys live on North Broad Street.

The 11 year old was treated at Upstate University Medical Center in Syracuse and later released.

Due to the ages of those involved, Police are not publicizing the boys’ names.
