Teen Driver Found with Marijuana in Car

A Binghamton teen is accused of having marijuana that appeared packaged for sale in the car he was driving.

New York State Police say they stopped 19 year old Nirme Niblack in Kirkwood for driving without headlights on at 8:42 p.m. April 27 and the Trooper reported smelling marijuana in the car.

Authorities say Niblack had over 18 grams of pot and small baggies in his possession.

He is charged with criminal sale of marijuana and traffic violations.

Niblack was ordered to appear in Town of Kirkwood Court at a later date.
