Federal Money Sought For Owego Stream Gauge

An effort to restore federal funding for a Tioga County stream gauge is underway.

Senator Kirsten Gillibrand wants money to be allocated for the Owego Creek stream gauge.

Gillbrand says the gauge was built by local officials north of the village of Owego to help alert residents to potential flooding
