DWI Charged After Vehicle Winds Up Stuck in Snow

A Deposit man was accused of drunken driving after a vehicle drifted off a Route 17 exit ramp and became stuck in the snow.

Authorities say 53-year-old William Barnhart was arrested early today.

Deposit Man Charged In Pedestrian Death

A 79-year-old woman died shortly after she was struck by a vehicle in the town of Deposit.

State police say Barbara Seymour was hit on Route 8 around seven o'clock Saturday evening.

Seymour was pronounced dead at Wilson Medical Center in Johnson City
