Tioga County Man Charged with Assault
October 1, 2012 A Richford man was arrested after a reported dispute in the town of Owego.
Authorities say 32-year-old Ricky Canfield has been charged with third-degree assault.
According to the Tioga County Sheriff's Office, Canfield was accused of causing facial injuries to another man in a September 23rd incident
