Pennsylvania State Police are looking for someone with a piece of large equipment that they shouldn’t have.

Officials with the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation say two cows that shut down lanes on Interstate 81 for over an hour Thursday, February 25, apparently “fell off the back of a truck.”
