Crews are working long hours as construction continues at the site of the new National Pipe and Plastics factory in the town of Union.

Site preparation began a few months ago and people who live in the West Endicott neighborhood say they continue to see and hear a lot of activity on the property south of Maple Street and west of Mills Avenue
