Two Windsor Residents Charged With Animal Cruelty

Two Windsor residents have been charged with animal cruelty after a Broome County Sheriff's Office Detective Division investigation.

Police say they've arrested 32 year-old Colin Ziedenstein-Wilson and 32 year-old Jenn Xancada both of 226 Dutchtown Road in Windsor after executing a search warrant at the residence
