It was not a good night for the Binghamton Senators as East Division rival Syracuse rolled to a 7-1 victory at the Broome County Veterans Memorial Arena.  The Crunch jumped out to a 4-0 at the end of the first period.  J.T. Wyman scored two of those goals...one a short-handed marker.

Shane Prince scored Binghamton's lone tally late in the the second period .  That made it 5-1 Crunch at the end of two.  J.T Wyman racked up his third goal of the game early in the final period and the Crunch tacked on another goal in the last minute to complete the romp.

Robin Lehner took the loss in goal while Syracuse netminder Riku Helenius made 33 saves to notch his tenth win of the season.  With the win the Crunch cut the B-Sens lead over them in the East Divsion to just one point.

The B-Sens face another rival tomorrow night when they host the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins at 7:05.  Beginning at 4:30 PM the Binghamton Police meet the Binghamton Firefighters in the 28th annual Heart Cup game to beneift the American Heart Association..
