Syracuse Man Pulled Over for Driving Slowly
A Syracuse man is charged with felony driving while intoxicated after New York State Police say they saw him driving too slowly on Interstate 81 northbound in the Town of Cortlandville.
Authorities say 33 year old Rasheen Days was clocked doing 42 miles an hour in a 65 mile an hour zone at 3:06 a.m. September 20 and was seen moving from his lane unsafely.
Authorities say Days is also charged with several vehicle and traffic law violations
Troopers say the DWI count is a felony since he had a prior DWI conviction in the past 10 years.
Days was sent to the Cortland County Jail without bail.
