Susquehanna Valley Science Teacher Charged with Criminal Sex Act

A Binghamton man is accused of having a sexual relationship with a child while he was employed as a science teacher at the Susquehanna Valley School District last year.

28 year old Anthony Raggi is charged with felony criminal sexual act.

Raggi was released following his arraignment to await further court action.

District officials are not commenting, citing the investigation is a personnel matter.

Raggi has reportedly been placed on administrative leave.
