Tioga County Sheriff’s officials say when they checked on a report of a suspicious vehicle at the NBT Bank parking lot in Newark Valley September 30, they found several components used for production and packaging of methamphetamine and a quantity of heroin.

40 year old Darryl Leasure of Endicott is charged with felony unlawful manufacture of methamphetamine and criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell.

Tioga County Sheriff’s officials say Leasure was sent to the County Jail on $20,000 bail.

In addition to Sheriff’s Deputies, the New York State Police Contaminated Crime Scene Emergency Response Team, the Owego Fire Department and Owego Emergency Squad all responded to the scene.
