Suspect Sought in Johnson City Sexual Assault

Johnson City police are trying to locate a suspect in connection with a sexual assault on a woman in a parking lot outside Wilson Medical Center.

Authorities say the incident is said to have occurred around 1 a.m. Thursday (April 14).

Investigators say a woman reported a man approached her as she walked to her car near the hospital.

According to detectives, the suspect was described as white; five-feet, five-inches tall with a thin build.

Police say forensic evidence has been collected and is being analyzed.
