Two Binghamton residents are facing felony drug charges following a no-knock raid of a St. John Avenue residence.  Members of the Broome County Special Investigations Unit Task Force arrested 29 year old Owen Cumberbatch and 30 year old Jade Johnson on two counts each of criminal possession of a controlled substance and criminally using drug paraphernalia.  Authorities say Cumberbatch also had outstanding arrest warrants for assault and aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle.  Police say, upon entering the home, they found Cumberbatch hiding in a closet.  Police confiscated nine envelopes of suspected heroin, four knotted wraps containing suspected crack cocaine, three digital scales $750 and narcotics packaging material.
