State Police: Woman’s Blood Alcohol Level Was 3X the Legal Limit

An Apalachin woman is being accused of driving with a blood alcohol level at three times the legal limit.

New York State Police say they found 23 year old Tara Stevens sitting alone in a vehicle in the middle of an intersection on South Nanticoke Avenue in Endicott November 13.

Troopers say Stevens' blood alcohol content was measured at .25%.

She is charged with aggravated drunk driving and was ordered to appear in Village of Endicott Court at a later date.
