Spencer Woman Accused of Hurting a Baby

A 21 year old Spencer woman is accused of hitting a seven month old baby in the head, causing injuries at around 9:30 p.m. June 3.

Tioga County Sheriff’s officials say the incident happened at Tammy Kohman’s home.

Kohman is charged with felony assault and was sent to the Tioga County Jail on $10,000 bail.

The authorities have not released any information about the severity of the child’s injuries or the baby’s relationship to Kohnman.
