South City Publick House Offers Delightful Dining

Binghamton Restaurant Week continues through next Thursday, September 24.

Roger Neel visited South City Publck House (formerly South Side Yanni's) at 1200 Vestal Avenue in Binghamton for lunch.  For those who have eaten there in the past but not recently they have revamped the menu and have done a lot of remodeling.  It is a wonderful place to visit whether for adults or the whole family.

During Binghamton Restaurant Week patrons can get a three course lunch for $12 or less and  dinner for $25 or less.

Roger started lunch with one of their delicious homemade soups. It featured red peppers and beans and was superb...so good you want it again and soon !  They offer different soups everyday.

For the main course Roger tried their Spinach-Falafel Burger.  It was tremendous. It features onion jam, roaster pepper, lemon aioli and toasted brioche.  When you visit try it...you'll love it !

Then comes course # 3....dessert !  What do you choose....Reese Pieces Cookie or the Dark Chocolate Chip Brownie ???? Roger chose.....the Brownie !!!!  Good choice !  Tasty, big AND delicious !

Not only was the food outstanding but the service was superb, too !  Ashley was our server and she couldn't have been nicer or more polite.
