Snow Hits All of New York And Northern Pennsylvania

The National Weather Service has issued a Winter Storm Warning until 4 p.m. on February 2nd (Happy Groundhog Day) for the entire region with up to 12 inches of snow expected and blowing and drifting snow in the afternoon.

Dangerous travel condition are possible with slippery snow covered roads and poor visibility.

A Winter Storm Warning means severe winter weather conditions are expected or occurring.
Several schools in New York and Pennsylvania have opted to close for the day.
